Please make sure to submit your project before then.
Are you competing as an individual or as a team?
How many girls are on your team in total?
List all team members' full names, schools, and grades. Please use this format: Name, School, Grade. Place each team members' information on a different line.
Please ensure that you use the correct formatting. An example is below: Jackie Smith, Hudson River Middle School, 8 Amy Jackson, Hudson River Middle School, 7 Richa Mehta, Rocky River Middle School, 8
Only one email should be used regardless of whether you are competing as an individual or as a team. Please put the email you check on a regular basis as all competition communication will occur via email.
All team members must attend middle schools located in the same state. However, it is acceptable for different team members to attend different middle schools.
If you are selected as a finalist, state winner, or regional winner, we will mail your prize pack to the address you list here. Please put only one address even if you are competing as a team. If you would like us to mail the prize pack to your school, please put your school's address. Otherwise, please put the home address of one of your team members.
Name of Coach (If you have one)
Individuals and teams may have a coach to provide some assistance or mentorship to them for the duration of their projects. However, all work submitted must be the original work of the participating students.
Name of Mentor (If you have one)
If you were assigned a mentor by ProjectCSGIRLS, please put the name of your mentor here.
Technical Report (PDF Document Only)

Please upload a PDF of your complete technical report. Make sure that you have included all required components in your report as listed on the "Competition Details" page.

Please upload a word document with your blog post. Make sure that your blog post follows all guidelines and word limit requirements as detailed on the "Competition Details" page. The blog post will not be judged, but will be posted on our website and Medium blogs to showcase your project.
